STRUCTURE

• The building is constructed with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure.

HEATING, VENTILATION, AND AIR CONDITIONING

• Heating for apartments and offices is provided by heat pumps.
• A heat pump, working on the principle of air conditioners, achieves both heating and cooling for the apartments.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATIONS

• The electrical panels in the individual apartments are equipped with all necessary protective circuit breakers and residual current devices to power the installed systems.
• Energy-efficient lighting control in underground parking and common areas thanks to motion and presence sensors.
• An optical cable for internet and television is installed up to the low-current panel of each apartment, with the provider being at the customer`s choice.
• A modern video intercom system is provided for each individual unit.
• Video surveillance in underground parking, common areas, and the external courtyard.
• Charging points for electric vehicles are provided in the underground parking.

WATER SUPPLY AND SEWERAGE

• Water meters are equipped with remote reading capabilities.
• The water supply pipes are insulated to maintain the temperature of the hot water and prevent condensation.
• Noise-reducing three-layer pipes are installed, and floor drains in bathrooms, wet rooms, and terraces are equipped with odor-blocking valves.
