Kubika

We present KUBIKA – one of the latest projects by R.S. Engineering Ltd., located in the Dragalevtsi district.

The concept is based on simple forms and clean spaces that flow seamlessly into one another, ensuring short and intuitive connections throughout.

The building is positioned in such a way that the living rooms face either panoramic city views or cozy landscaped gardens.

The sense of luxury and comfort comes from within – through generous dimensions, high ceilings, and maximum natural light in every room.

The scale of the building evokes the feeling of living in a single-family home. Natural materials are used in the façade design, highlighting the harmony with the mountain and surrounding nature.
