Family House

The building is located in the south-west part of the building plot and it is designed in three levels – one semi-underground, a warehouse one and two residential levels. A two-shouldered staircase connects the three levels. The building entrance is at an intermediate staircase platform. Down the stairs is situated the first residential level, consists of a living room with dining room, kitchenette, sanitary premise and laundry room. On the second level there are two bedrooms, cabinet, two bathrooms with a wardrobe premise and a terrace.

The house has modern and neat architecture. The facades are treated with panelling and plaster of two colours. The aluminium window system is with an interrupted thermal bridge and triple-glazed glass. The microclimate regulation in the premises is organized by mounted outer jalousies for sun protection.
