Happy St. George s Day!
In the Bulgarian folk calendar St. George s Day is one of the biggest holidays of the year and the biggest spring holiday.
On May 6, we celebrate the day of St. George the Victorious - a martyr for the Christian faith, who died in 303 during the reign of the Roman Emperor Diocletian.
It has been declared an official holiday, as well as the Day of Courage and the Bulgarian Army.
