The R.S. Engineering`s Team finalized it work on administrative building Kite, located at Cherni vrah Blvd.

It is аn eight-storeyed building with one underground level.

Its unfolded built-up area is 4 360 sq.m.

Performed works include:

- dismantling works;

- building of new and strengthening of existing reinforced concrete structural elements;

- bricklayer`s works;

- isolations – thermal- and hydro-isolations on facades and roof;

- building of internal and external water supply and sewerage systems, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning system, electrical installations, delivery and installing of elevators;

- building of suspended facade;

- finishing works – putty, coating, plaster, planking, ground coating, painting works;

- landscaping plan and improvement of the surrounding area.
