The Management body of the R. S. Engineering Ltd. officially declares its

MANAGEMENT POLICY

tailored to

CONTINIOUSLY IMPROVING OF THE CONSTRUCTION WORKS QUALITY. PROVIDING OF HEALTY AND SAFE LABOUR CONDITIONS.
UNDERTAKING ALL ACTIONS FOR ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION IN COMPLIANCE WITH EACH AND EVERY LEGAL AND CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENT.

For the effective implementing of the Management Policy, the management body defines the following management missions:

By applying, maintaining and elaborating of an integrated system for Management, Quality providing, Safety and Health at work and environment protection our aim is to assure high competitive fulfillment in construction and repair works performance;
To undertake all actions for prevention of injuring and disorder in accordance with all safety and healthy management procedures;
To undertake action to prevent epidemiological diseases and to perform activities during epidemics.
To undertake all actions for prevention of pollutions and for constant amelioration of the environment;
To ensure compliance of the procedures with other regulations adopted by R. S. Engineering relative to the safety and health risks and to the environmental aspects;
To improve the quality of the technical processes by adopting an up to date technical solutions in the construction and repair works;
To extend the staff’s qualification and its commitment by learning and inspiring of a capacity for quality maintenance;
To reach a decision making process based on evidence and balance between what is desired and what is possible within the frames of all quality management procedures;
To determine the tasks and goals relative to the safety and health at work and the environmental protection in time of decision making and to provide the necessary financial resources for their implementation;
To use in effective manner all human and material resources according to the requirements of all concerned parties and in compliance with the prescriptions of the standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018;
To improve constantly the efficacy and the effectiveness of the applied integrated system for quality management;

By adoption of this executive approach, the Management body takes the commitment to assure all adequate resources necessary for achieving the above set goals and to guarantee all conditions for compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management system.
