The residential complex "Panorama Botevgrad" is an investment project of the Franco - Bulgarian Promotion Company "CREER.S." The project will be fully completed by "R. S. Engineering" Ltd.

 

The complex is situated in the new eastern part of the city Botevgrad, in close proximity to the main roads connecting the residential quarter with the city and with the capital Sofia. Due to the fast economical growth of the municipality Botevgrad nearby the complex a new kindergarten, Orthodox Church, secondary school, and a house for elderly people were recently open.

 

The complex has its Certificate of exploitation. It is situated on a plot of 8000 square meters at the "Vassil Levski" residential quarter , city of Botevgrad and since many years this is the first project for a residential complex construction in the city. The complex consists of 5 residential buildings with apartments, 6 row-houses, 2 semidetached houses and one detached house.

 

Plunged in the silence and the calamity of the valley, having a magnificent view to the mountain hills the region proposes wonderful conditions for the realization for a residential investment operation.

 

The modern architectural ensemble is designed as a natural prolongation of the unique tradition of Botevgrad city by building the symbol of the city "The Belfry" in one of the facades of the residential buildings. The residential complex offers variety of modern homes, built with professional exactness, quality materials in complying with all technological procedures. During the process of designing we have made a combination between the quality and advantages of a new home with good function, and space of the living area, which assure the possibility of a large choice between different types of apartments. Although the complex is situated within 10 minutes distance of the city center, "Panorama Botevgrad" offers commercial premises and shops that will serve the inhabitants of the complex.

 

The buildings in the complex have been designed in compliance with all standards in force in Bulgaria. Each section has its own entrance with high technology hydraulic elevator. There are several types of apartments - single living room apartment, one bedroom apartment, and two bedroom apartments and the square surface ranges from 52 sq.m. to 125 sq.m. Each apartment consists of an entry foyer, living room with kitchenette and dining space, one or two bedrooms, bathroom with a toilette and a terrace. There is a cellar for every apartment. There are garages on the ground floor level and parking areas within the complex.

 

The houses have the luxury advantage and the comfort of the independent home. Their construction is also monolithic. Each house has an entrance, living room with kitchenette and a dining space, storage place and a terrace to the yard. Upstairs there are two or three bedrooms and a WC with bathroom. The square surface ranges from 154 sq.m. to 180 sq.m. The entrance and the garages are from the north, so each house has a nice and sunny south yard, dipped in the panorama of the surrounding magnificent nature.

 

 

The residential buildings are of monolithic construction. The external walls and internal partitioning walls are made of red high quality ceramic bricks. All facades are entirely thermo isolated and treated with mineral forefront painting. All apartments are gas supplied.

 

To the south of so described east - west residential groups there is an internal street serving nine two-storey houses. Each house has its own garage and green yard. Six of the houses are built in line, two of them are semidetached, and one is completely independent.
